Happy New Year to you all, we are back from our Christmas break with a brand new challenge over at The Paper Shelter.

Our theme this week is NEW BEGINNINGS and so I took the obvious option and went with the image HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I have coloured my image with Copics and used a circle die for the main image, layered on a silver embossed background.

We look forward to you all joining us in 2023 for some challenges and of the course the chance to win some Paper Shelter goodies.

I have placed her in a snow globe and coloured her with Copics in shades of Blue to match my snowflake backing paper.

I have added sparkles to her wings and the snowflake.

Wishing you all a fabulous Festive season, see you in the new year.

TPS - Birthday Blog Hop

Welcome to The Paper Shelter Blog Hop, in celebration of The Paper Shelter's 11th Birthday on the 8th of December!  This will be a two week challenge, with both teams taking part, and it's our way of thanking The Paper Shelter for sharing their wonderful images with us, and sponsoring our challenge.

The theme for this special challenge is:

CELEBRATIONS

If you've arrived here from Isabelle, then you're heading in the right direction!  If not, then you'll want to pop back to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog to start again, because you don't want to miss out on this one.  Both Design Teams are participating, showcasing the gorgeous images available from The Paper Shelter, and each blog on the hop is offering one lucky commenter a digi of their choice, as well as the main prize, details of which are on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog.

The Image I have chosen to use is Winter Walk coloured in one of my favourite Christmas colour combos Teal & Pink.

From here, you will need to hop on over to Lori.  Don't forget to leave your comment for an opportunity to win your choice of one of the fabulous digis available in store!

Good Luck!  Hope you've enjoyed the Hop so far!

Have a great Christmas

TPS - Bling

It's time for a new challenge over at The Paper Shelter and we would like you to show us some Bling.

The image I have used this week is Sundae Time.

I coloured my image with Copics and tried to get some sparkle on her skirt and hairband by using dots.

Once coloured I matted onto hot pink and turquoise card and then found some co-ordinating patterned papers for the background.

I added some bling with tiny blue flower gems.
