Recycled

It's time for a new challenge over at Aurora Wings and our theme this fortnight is 'Recycled".

So we would like to see projects where you have Re-used Re-cycled or Re-Purposed something.

I have been making light bottles for quite a while now as gifts for friends, so I thought I could use one of the empty bottles I have scattered around.  But this time I have used different colours of Alcohol inks to colour my bottle.

As it is a gift I made a bottle tag using the latest giveaway image "Wine Sprite" and added my own sentiment.

My little sprite is coloured with Copics.

To re-purpose the wine bottle I started by generously dabbing the ink on the bottle in blue, once the bottle was fully covered I went over again in green and as the ink hits the ink already on the bottle it separates into big bubbles of colour.

Once it was all dry I sprayed with glitter varnish and added a vinyl sentiment.

Finally I placed some fairy lights inside and added an oversized bow.

Thanks for stopping by, I do hope you enter our latest challenge.
