Fairytale Wishes

Today I am sharing with you my latest GDT card for Inky Pinkies, using the fabulous 'Red Riding Hood'.

Once again I have been playing with my Prisma Colour pencils, boy the red was hard to shade!

A couple of days ago, I saw a fab card by one of my SSD team mates Kitty Bergenfield, who kindly sent me instructions to make my own version - I have no idea what this style is called, but I love it.

I layered the base card with a mix of red textured paper and a yellow floral from a 1st Edition paper pad.

I added some die cuts (Silhouette, Tattered Lace) and I created my own Fairytale wishes banner.

I decided to turn the main image into a tag, that slotted in the back, so it can be Kept and hung, so punched a heart shaped hole and added a recycled shimmery green organza bow.

It was a very labour intensive card, but I love the way it turned out.

The image is available here.

Thanks for looking.
