CCM&M #115 - Its a bugs life


Today over at Crafty Cardmakers and more our challenge is hosted by Kimx and she has chosen

'It's A Bug's Life'

She would like to see Butterflies, Dragonflies, Ladybirds, or any other INSECT as your main image or focal point of your project.


I have chosen to use a stamp called 'Sympathy Bugs' by Wee Stamps, I really love these cute little guys.


I coloured the image with copics and then added some glitter to the berries for texture.

I used some spellbinders dies to create the layers for an easel card, using card to match the main image.



The sentiment is from the SIL store and I used the pens with my Silhouette to draw it.

Lastly I added a bow, flowers, pearls and a memory box swirl die to finish off.

    Your card is fabulous Jules. I love the image that you have chosen. I'm sorry that I have been a very bad visitor lately, unfortunately May doesn't look like it is going to get any easier.
