Today I have created an oversized book mark for my son, using Flying a Kite from the new Winnie Special Moments collection.
The reason I have made it oversized, is because Dexter keeps losing his bookmark for his School Book!! Hopefully this should be easy to spot as it is 10 Inches long!!
I used one of the many papers in this collection for the background and merged on a Sentiment, hopefully it will inspire him with his reading.
He is not that keen a reader, but well above average for his age (7) and we are currently going through all the Roald Dahl books, which I have to confess to enjoying too.
I also merged the image onto the paper and coloured with Copics.

Super bookmark, love it when you can keep using your art for something practical, useful and a gift! :) Hope he loves Roald Dahl as much as the rest of us who read them as kids.
