I used a cute image by one of our sponsors The Paper Shelter called 'Happy Times', just perfect for this theme.
The image is coloured with Copics, I tried to get some kind of bark effect after watching a tutorial by Alyce of Kit & Clowder, which you can find Here, not entirely happy with it,if you see Alyces finished work, you will understand why, but hey Its a learning process.
I used my trusty silhouette cameo for the grass and tree tops and added a vinyl sentiment.

Oh my gosh, your little guy is so sweet, I want to adopt him!! Although, he could use a haircut, lol. I love how you built your scene out of cut out pieces, especially, it really gives your card dimension! Wonderful summer card! :)
