Necromantica

The second image I am showcasing today is 'Necromantica'.

After I coloured my image with Copics I was again undecided on what to do, after a lot of pondering I opted to fussy cut the image and also cover the wings with Clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen.

I found a layered heart in the Silhouette store and thought it would make a good backdrop for the image so cut it in shades of blue to match the roses in the image.



Finally I layered this onto some designer paper which co-ordinated with the blue and also introduced some purple to the scheme.

Skull and Roses

It's showcase time over at Aurora Wings and first up is a departure for me, but a beautiful image.

I have coloured 'Skull & Roses', with Copics.

I really want't sure how best to display this image, so I went for a paint drip background and simple frame.

Winnie Angel Snowman

Today is my final project for the new release at Polkadoodles.

I have coloured up the beautiful Winnie Angel Snowman.

As usual for me the image is coloured with copics, keeping to the traditional Christmas colours today and also with plenty of clear sparkle pen over the snow and her dainty little wings.




The card shape is from the silhouette store it is a circle pop out card and I have decorated with papers from Winnie Winterland.

Decorations Up

I am sure by now you have seen lots of the new Christmas Digi images by Polkadoodles, I hope you are finding them as delightful I do.

This one is 'Winnie Angel Decorations Up'  She has been coloured with Copics and taking inspiration from one of the Monthly Kit & Clowder markers classes, I have drawn a background in around her to create a magical evening scene.


The sentiment is from Most Wonderful Joy Polkadoodles stamps and the paper is fromWinnie Winterland.

I have added little gems to the tree for Baubles and lot of sparkle to the star and her little wings.

Shine Bright


This week we are all about Fancy Folds at DIGI CHOOSDAY, after a little search around the internet, I decided to make a Trip-Fold shutter card so I could incorporate some lovely Polkadoodles papers.

I chose a lovely turquoise patterned paper from the Helga Hippo Big Kahuna collection.  I matched this with an image from Lil Miss Sugarpops 1.



My Lil Miss Sugarpops is coloured with Copics.

I also decided it needed a little extra so I used the Polkadoodles Cherry Blosssom die for the branch, flowers and leaves.

Musical Winter

For todays Polkadoodles new release inspiration I have used Winnie Angel - Musical Winter and I have switched it up a bit in my colour choice, using some autumnal colours, Orange and Brown.

I hope you like it, I think it works for this particular image.


The image is coloured with Copics and I have taken a cream lacey paper from Winnie Winter Land.

I added a few musical notes and some snowflakes with gems to complete my card.

Little Tree


Here is the adorable Winnie Angel Little Tree, she is so angelic and I love her little friend.

She has been coloured with Copics with lots of sparkle on her wings.




The papers are from Winnie Winterland - there are so many lovely papers in this collection both traditional and contemporary.



I also used the flowers from this collection and a sentiment from the Magical Christmas Topper Pack.

Delivering Candy

Today I am back with a new card, using Winnie Angel Delivery Candy from the new Polkadoodles release.

I have again used Copics to colour her up and papers from Winnie Winterland.



The sentiment was created using stamps from the Most Wonderful Joy collection.

I have also added lots of white glitter to her hat, wings and ruffles.



Finally I added a few fir branches and an acorn cut on my Cameo.

Gift of Christmas

Game On


It'a DIGI CHOOSDAY and we have a brand new ANYTHING GOES challenge starting today.

If you pop over to the Challenge Blog you will also find todays DISCOUNT CODE.

I have made a card for my Son's friends Birthday.

I used a pre-coloured digi, sentiment and paper from the Little Dudes collection - There are so many images in this collection for any type of little boy or Tween.

My Son and his friends are all crazy about the extremely popular 'Fortnite' at the moment, so I thought this little gamer dude would be perfect.


As it is a card for a child, I kept it simple and just added the eight with the name cut out to personalise it, which I created in the silhouette software and cut on my Cameo.
